About the Role

As a Technical Researcher Engineer within the Bidding Efficiency workflow, you will explore and evaluate emerging ad tech solutions. The role blends programming, research, and analytical skills to improve system efficacy through building proofs of concept and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Conduct in-depth research and experiments with latest technologies.
  • Collaborate with teams and external organizations.
  • Build Proof of Concepts to test ad tech solutions.
  • Leverage programming and analytical skills in dynamic projects.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new challenges.

Tech Stack

Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, NumPy, Pandas, Jupyter Notebooks, BigQuery, GCP, Proprietary Realtime Bidding platform, and selected AI assistant tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a researcher or engineer.
  • Proficiency in programming and understanding complex systems.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Independence, goal-orientation, and a proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to experiment and innovate.
