Position Overview

Join our Talent Analytics team within the Talent Technology Center of Excellence as a Talent Analytics Sr. Associate. You will leverage predictive analytics to transform talent management and decision-making through technical analysis, data modeling, and strategic project management.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and deliver ad-hoc, recurring, and on-demand data solutions using HR systems and database tools.
  • Build and maintain self-service dashboards in Power BI for stakeholder presentations.
  • Contribute to advanced predictive models using machine learning and NLP techniques.
  • Generate proactive insights and translate complex concepts into clear strategic narratives.
  • Design, estimate, and execute analysis plans based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Talent Systems and Technology teams for innovative tool implementation.
  • Peer review SQL code and validate data to ensure analytic integrity.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for exploring new data challenges, delivering audience-appropriate products, and recommending improvements to systems and reporting capabilities. Your role includes stakeholder communication and ensuring compliance with HR data sharing standards.

Education & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, MIS, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering or similar required; Master’s degree preferred.

Technical/Soft Skills

  • Minimum 3 years using data transformation tools such as Alteryx.
  • Minimum 3 years writing SQL queries for large datasets.
  • Minimum 2 years experience with Power BI analytics, including DAX and data modeling.
  • Preferred skills include experience with Python/RStudio, advanced analytics, and familiarity with HR systems like Workday.

Compensation

This role offers a salary range of $81,900 - $139,700 with eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
