Responsibilities
Project Planning: Create and execute project plans, revise as needed, and define project scope and objectives.
Project Resourcing: Engage required resources to meet schedule, cost and risk objectives. Validate and track work estimates while motivating and empowering effective work teams.
Managing Project: Leverage best practices to track progress, manage risks and issues while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope. Build relationships and foster collaboration.
Project Delivery: Lead projects through full design, development, and implementation. Collaborate with IT teams, business units and third-party vendors while maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
Project Reporting: Identify and execute suitable communication methods to provide clear project status for stakeholders and leadership.
Project Leadership: Mentor other project managers and focus on continuous improvement in project delivery.
Qualifications
Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Technical/Soft Skills: Experience leading multiple large projects (budgets over $200,000) and delivering IT products and services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, SharePoint, OneNote) and Agile methodologies.
Experience: 8-10 years in project management and 3-5 years of Agile experience.
Leadership Skills: Ability to influence diverse populations, support change, and manage senior level expectations.
Preferred: PMI certification (PMP, PMI-ACP) or Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO) are a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $120,000 - $205,200 plus discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance. Competitive benefits and flexible schedule options are offered.
