About RSM US LLP and the Operations Associate Role
RSM US LLP is a leading provider of professional services to the middle market globally. The Operations Associate supports the National Professional Standards Group leadership by helping plan, coordinate, and execute various projects through their lifecycle.
Essential Responsibilities
- Project Management & Planning: Execute project scope, manage schedules, track progress, and identify risks.
- Project Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, and operational processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with project sponsors, team members, and vendors while facilitating communications.
Technical and Soft Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, and SharePoint
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication
Educational and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience is required. Certifications such as CPA and PMP are preferred along with Agile/Scrum Master certification. A minimum of 3 years of project management experience and exposure to both waterfall and agile methodologies is desirable.
