The Innovation Blockchain Senior Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting Innovation leaders to achieve the firm's strategic objectives. This position involves leading blockchain initiatives, designing, and developing applications across various platforms like Hyperledger, Ethereum, and Bitcoin, and acting as an innovation liaison for key stakeholders.

This role demands a sense of urgency, collaboration, and critical thinking to identify and remove roadblocks, research new blockchain technologies, and bring innovative ideas to the forefront. The successful candidate will be organized and capable of managing multiple competing priorities effectively.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to design and develop blockchain and digital asset solutions.
• Drive the execution of blockchain and digital asset engagements, analyzing findings and identifying necessary resources and technology.
• Work with vendor concierge to integrate new vendor technology, proactively taking action even outside direct scope.
• Drive deployment and testing, evaluate performance, detect anomalies, and implement enhancements to blockchain solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to present findings to appropriate leaders.
• Demonstrate agility and adaptability to change approaches and priorities while consistently delivering tangible results.
• Tackle difficult, moderately complex, or undefined problems, determining a clear path forward.
• Create innovative ways to convey complex or ambiguous information or ideas.
• Facilitate the development of solutions, improve processes, systems, or products to enhance outcomes.
• Support line of business teams in client engagements and assist in developing and executing blockchain and digital asset strategy.
• Facilitate proposal development with line of business owners.
• Assist in developing public chain, side chain, private chain, smart contracts, and other logic for cloud service delivery systems.
• Share successful engagements across the enterprise to identify other potential use cases and engage in blockchain and digital education firm-wide.

Qualifications

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Master's Degree (preferred)
• CPA Designation

Experience:

• 3-5 Years of experience in emerging technologies (preferred).

Leadership Skills:

• Ability to confidently connect at all levels in the organization using diplomatic communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
• Collaborate, adhere, challenge standards (preferred).
