Responsibilities

  • Understand clients' needs, business, industry, and accounting systems.
  • Demonstrate RSM audit approach, methodology, and tools.
  • Perform audit procedures/tests and ensure proper documentation.
  • Identify risk and accounting issues and collaborate with engagement teams.
  • Research technical accounting issues and develop industry expertise.
  • Prepare audit reports and management letters.
  • Exhibit professional skepticism and adhere to ethical standards.
  • Supervise and provide development training for associates.
  • Take ownership of tasks for timely and quality client service.
  • Participate in projects and collaborate across multiple teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Commerce or MBA.
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant / ACCA / CPA.
  • 2-4 years audit/accounting experience.
  • Strong technical skills in IFRS, GAAP, and GAAS.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in Investment Funds industry.
  • Strong data analytical skills using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
