Responsibilities

  • Perform audit procedures and tests following RSM US audit methodology.
  • Develop strong working relationships with teams and clients.
  • Prepare audit reports and management letters with proper documentation.
  • Identify and resolve accounting and auditing issues with professional judgment.
  • Collaborate daily with audit professionals, supervisors, and senior management.
  • Take ownership of tasks ensuring prompt and high quality service delivery.
  • Understand client needs, their business operations, and industry challenges.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and education.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Commerce/MBA.
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant/ACCA/CPA with 6 months–1 year of experience.
  • Strong data analytical skills including advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CA/ACCA/CPA Freshers who have successfully achieved certification.
