Role Overview

As an Assurance Associate 2 - Consumer Goods, you will provide timely, high quality client service across a variety of industries and develop strong working relationships by understanding clients' businesses and challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and demonstrate understanding of RSM US audit methodology and tools.
  • Perform audit procedures and tests following the overall audit plan.
  • Identify accounting and auditing issues and discuss solutions with audit in-charge.
  • Assist in preparation of audit reports and management letters.
  • Exercise professional skepticism and adhere to ethical standards.
  • Ensure documentation meets firm quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with audit teams, supervisors, and senior management.
  • Take ownership of tasks to ensure service excellence.
  • Coordinate development and execution of audit work plans and client deliverables.
  • Continuously develop professional skills through ongoing education.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Commerce or MBA.
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant/ACCA/CPA with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong data analytical skills including advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong multi-tasking and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Freshers who have successfully achieved CA/ACCA/CPA certification are welcome.
