We are looking to incorporate new talent into our Madrid office. We seek a Senior Tax and Accounting Manager - Outsourcing to join and lead our Outsourcing team. We are looking for an individual eager to learn and develop within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Supervise and coordinate the work of team members.
• Prepare annual accounts, accounting books, and tax settlements.
• Prepare supporting documentation related to accounting and administrative transactions.
• Record accounting entries and review tax models.
• Address and respond to requirements from the Tax Agency, as well as prepare appeals and written submissions when necessary.
• Monitor collections and payments, ensuring correct treasury management.
• Collaborate in bank account reconciliation and the preparation of monthly reports.
• Maintain fluid and professional communication with clients, ensuring their needs are correctly resolved and a quality service is provided.

What We Need From Your Profile

• Education: Advanced Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Degree in Accounting and Finance, or similar.
• At least five years of experience in a similar position.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in A3 software and experience with accounting management tools.
• Good level of English (minimum C1).
