We are looking to incorporate new talent in our Madrid office for a Senior Tax and Accounting Compliance Manager to join and lead our Outsourcing team. We seek an individual eager to learn and develop in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of team members.
• Prepare annual accounts, accounting books, and tax settlements.
• Prepare supporting documentation related to accounting and administrative transactions.
• Record accounting entries and review tax models.
• Respond to requirements from the Tax Agency and prepare appeals and written submissions when necessary.
• Monitor collections and payments, ensuring proper treasury management.
• Collaborate in bank reconciliations and the preparation of monthly reports.
• Maintain fluid and professional communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and high-quality service is provided.

What We Look For

• Education: Advanced Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Degree in Accounting and Finance, or similar.
• At least five years of experience in a similar position.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in A3 and experience with accounting management tools.
• Good level of English (minimum C1).
