About RSA IGA Consultant Role

RSA Security provides trusted identity and access management for 12,000 organizations globally, managing 25 million enterprise identities. RSA empowers security-first organizations with modern authentication, access, lifecycle management, and identity governance solutions, both in the cloud and on-premises.

Role Overview

This position plans, directs, and coordinates technical activities for service delivery, ensuring the solution meets contract specifications. The RSA IGA Consultant builds deep client relationships, offers technical leadership, and identifies potential sales opportunities.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Implement RSA Governance & Lifecycle solution based on best practices.
  • Collaborate with RSA Architects to design effective solutions.
  • Provide consultative leadership on IAM solutions in complex engagements.
  • Build strong communications with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate technical teams and track progress per project requirements.
  • Apply deep IAM expertise with hands-on skills in Oracle, LDAP, AD, Java, Linux, cloud, and web technologies.
  • Travel and flexible working hours as required by project implementations.

Essential Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle databases, LDAP & Active Directory.
  • Proficiency in Java, Linux, Web Application Servers, cloud and web technologies.

Desirable Skills

  • Development experience in Java and Shell scripting.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience. Industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus.
