Role Overview
The HR Apprentice will support HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes while gaining structured, on-the-job training in line with the Apprenticeship program requirements. This role is designed to build foundational HR capabilities across onboarding, HR administration, compliance, and employee engagement within the India CoE.Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding Support: Assist in pre-joining documentation and validation, coordinate onboarding formalities and Day 1 activities, ensure completion and accuracy of employee records in HR systems (e.g., Rippling), and support induction/orientation sessions.
- HR Operations & Administration: Maintain and update employee data and records, support HR documentation, letters, and reports, assist with attendance inputs and payroll-related coordination, and ensure data accuracy and timely updates in HR systems.
- Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives: Support execution of engagement programs and India CoE Level initiatives (e.g., wellbeing initiatives, events).
- Compliance & Documentation: Support maintenance of employee files and statutory records and assist in audit documentation and HR compliance activities.
