About the Role

The Sales Development Executive at EGT Printing Solutions, an RR Donnelley company, is responsible for promoting and selling the organization's products and services. This role focuses on building revenue through new client prospects while expanding the existing customer base in Madison Heights, Michigan.

Responsibilities

  • Pursue and develop sales leads; visit key existing and new customers.
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Negotiate prices, delivery times and close sales orders within set targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and rapport.
  • Develop and execute annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives.
  • Leverage Salesforce.com for accurate forecasting and record maintenance.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and partner with internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Strong presentation skills for C-Level and Senior Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with cold calling and understanding the selling cycle.

Additional Information

This is a 100% commissioned role with unlimited earnings potential. The minimum draw is expected to be $50,000+ per year, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and other attractive benefits.
