About the Role
In the role of Hybrid Legal Document Production Associate, you will focus on document review and preparation, supporting client branding and project tracking. You will create spreadsheets, charts, graphs, mail merges, tables, presentations, and other documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit legal documents to client specifications using applicable software.
- Transcribe tapes, scan, clean documents, and convert file formats.
- Recover/restore corrupted document files when needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential documents and information.
- Communicate with managers and supervisors on job or deadline issues.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT); strong keyboarding and typing skills; keen attention to detail; ability to work efficiently both in a team and independently.
Additional Information
This position offers multiple shifts with a pay range of $16.47 - $18.94 per hour. Employment is contingent upon passing a background and drug screen. RR Donnelley is committed to equal opportunity employment.
