About the Role: Quality Manager Site

This position is responsible for assisting the Project Manager (Site in charge) in the establishment and implementation of quality management systems at the project site.

Key Accountabilities

Planning:

• Maintain project documentation and numbering system.
• Prepare, update and implement project Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
• Prepare and review ITPs, method statements, and field QAPs.

Coordination:

• Coordinate with customers for FAT report approvals and site inspections.
• Ensure calibration of testing equipment and liaise with agencies.
• Support the project manager with planning, supervision, NCR prevention, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate among Design, Civil, Electrical, HSE, and Commercial teams.

Implementation:

• Monitor supplier and contractor performance as per MQP.
• Submit periodical QA/QC reports to Head Office.
• Conduct quality surveillance of site activities and internal audits.
