About the Role: Loan Advisor
Join our team as a Loan Advisor where you will educate and support clients on securing mortgage options to improve their financial future. Prior mortgage experience is not required since we provide a paid, hands-on training program designed to equip you with all the necessary tools and confidence for success.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound sales calls to warm leads
- Understand customer needs and present tailored mortgage products
- Educate customers through a consultative sales process
- Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through closing
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
