About the Role

As a Loan Advisor, you will connect with clients over the phone, listen to their financial goals, and help them secure tailored mortgage options. No prior mortgage experience is required as a comprehensive paid training program will equip you with the necessary knowledge, tools, and confidence.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients (warm leads provided)
  • Prepare and present tailored mortgage products
  • Educate customers through a consultative sales process
  • Manage your sales pipeline until closing
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
