About The Opportunity
Elizabeth Gardens is seeking motivated Food Services Assistants who are passionate about delivering highquality service and creating a positive dining experience for residents. This handson role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in maintaining a warm, personcentred environment.
You’ll play an important part in ensuring residents receive nutritious, wellpresented meals while contributing to a welcoming and comfortable dining atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clean, inviting dining areas.
- Prepare, plate, and serve meals in line with the Food Safety Program.
- Support individual dietary needs and specialised nutritional requirements.
- Deliver friendly, professional service during all meal periods.
What You Bring
- Experience in hospitality, food services, or aged care (advantageous).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability, organisation, and a commitment to safe, hygienic practices.
- A genuine interest in supporting and engaging with older people.
Mandatory Requirements
- Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Proof of Covid19 vaccination (three doses) and annual Flu Vaccine encouraged.
- Food Handling Certificate.
