Elizabeth Gardens is seeking motivated Food Services Assistants who are passionate about delivering high-quality service and creating a positive dining experience for residents. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in maintaining a warm, person-centred environment.

You’ll play an important part in ensuring residents receive nutritious, well-presented meals while contributing to a welcoming and comfortable dining atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, inviting dining areas.
• Prepare, plate, and serve meals in line with the Food Safety Program.
• Support individual dietary needs and specialised nutritional requirements.
• Deliver friendly, professional service during all meal periods.

What You Bring

• Experience in hospitality, food services, or aged care (advantageous).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability, organisation, and a commitment to safe, hygienic practices.
• A genuine interest in supporting and engaging with older people.

Mandatory Requirements

• Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination (three doses) and annual Flu Vaccine encouraged.
• Food Handling Certificate.
