Position Overview: Operations Manager Building Group
This role is based in Dallas, TX and focuses on managing project teams, building client and vendor relationships, and ensuring projects are executed effectively.
Main Responsibilities
- Structure and staff project teams based on individual strengths and project needs.
- Create clarity in roles and set clear goals for project success.
- Coach and develop teams to foster continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Engage in industry events to identify alignment with future work.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field (or equivalent experience).
- 10 years of electrical/construction estimating, project management or related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication with high attention to detail.
- Ability to read construction documents and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership, safety management, and financial management skills.
Compensation & Benefits
This is an exempt full-time position with a salary range of $200,000/year - $250,000/year. Royal Electric offers competitive wages, comprehensive health care plans, retirement benefits, paid time off, and a robust suite of wellness, learning and development programs.
