Position Summary
This role develops premier intranet experiences by integrating contextually relevant information, engaging design, and tech improvements for Domestic Trade Support, Service, Consumer Outreach, and International Contact Centers. You will support product lifecycles, QA content, and coordinate cross-team product launches and communications for global contact centers across multiple markets and languages.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and develop intranet webpages and email communications.
- Monitor content lifecycle and ensure quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Coordinate product launches, demos and training sessions.
- Track site usage and produce analytics reports.
- Manage after-hours emergency communications during incidents.
Knowledge and Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, strong written/verbal communication, HTML webpage building, and a knack for converting technical details into clear documents. Graphics design experience is a plus along with the ability to collaborate on strategy and propose effective metrics.
Qualifications
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, experienced in HTML/webpage design for global audiences, and capable of handling high-stress content management tasks with attention to detail. Experience in graphic design and software specification is an advantage.
