About The Role
As a Partnership Account Coordinator at Royal Agricultural Society of NSW, you will be a vital part of the Commercial team, supporting the Agriculture portfolio and the iconic Sydney Royal Easter Show. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, event-driven environment and enjoys managing the operational aspects behind successful partnerships.
You will provide high-quality coordination and administration support to the Partnership Manager and the broader Partnership Team. Your efforts will directly contribute to maximising revenue by assisting with proposal preparation, coordinating the delivery of partner benefits, maintaining accurate records, and supporting partner activations.
Additionally, you'll have the exciting opportunity to manage a small portfolio of partners under guidance, allowing you to grow your skills in sponsorship and event management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Commercial and partnerships team with sales administration, coordination, and delivery of contracted benefits.
- Assist with planning and delivery of partner and sales-related events and functions.
- Maintain databases and records; coordinate invoicing; create partnership agreements and documentation.
- Collate, check, and coordinate partner event paperwork and operational requirements.
- Coordinate delivery of sponsor benefits including: logo acknowledgements, advertising, signage, ticketing, site access passes, and TVCs.
- Coordinate corporate hospitality requirements for contracted partnerships and RAS-run functions.
- Coordinate photography/videography of partner activations, signage, and partnership outcomes.
- Provide onsite support for partner activations and promotional activities as required.
- Post-Show: assist with partner debrief presentations and coordinate return/storage of sponsor signage where required.
About You
We are seeking an organised, proactive coordinator who takes immense pride in delivering high-quality work and fostering strong relationships. You are confident communicating effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners, and you excel at managing multiple priorities and strict deadlines, especially during peak event periods.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Experience in an administration, sales support, partnerships, or events coordination role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organisational ability.
Desirable
- Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Experience working in sponsorship, partnerships, events, or a fast-paced commercial environment.
