Leasing Consultant

Overview

Roundhouse, a rapidly growing developer and manager of diverse real estate projects, is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant. Founded in 2008, Roundhouse manages over 10,000 multi-family units with over $2B in assets. This role challenges the status quo by identifying emerging trends and markets to enhance resident lives and deliver superior returns.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential residents.
• Provide property information, conduct tours, and qualify prospects.
• Manage resident communications and maintain community standards.
• Prepare lease agreements, notices, and renewal requests.
• Conduct market surveys and recommend competitive rental rates.
• Execute marketing initiatives and plan resident events.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate resident and vendor files.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of sales experience preferred.
• At least one year in onsite multi-family housing management.
• Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi Voyager, RentCafe).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel lightly between properties as required.
