Leasing Consultant

Roundhouse Communities LLC, a rapidly growing developer and manager of diverse real estate projects, is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant. Founded in 2008 with operations in four states, the company manages over 10,000 multi-family units and $2B+ in assets. The role focuses on managing and coordinating the leasing process at the property, acting as the first point of contact for prospective tenants.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential residents.
  • Maintain open communication and ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Monitor community areas including tour paths, models, and amenities.
  • Assist with lease paperwork, notices, renewals, and move-in/out processes.
  • Conduct monthly market surveys and recommend competitive rental rates.
  • Support marketing initiatives and resident events.
  • Maintain accurate resident and vendor files.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other relevant laws.
  • Follow company safety procedures and maintain professionalism.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of sales experience highly preferred.
  • At least one year experience in onsite multi-family housing.
  • Familiarity with property management software (Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, Yieldstar, LEO, CRM).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong sales, customer service, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel lightly between properties.

Schedule & Compensation

Work schedule: Tuesday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Hourly pay ranges from $17.50 - $18.50.
