About the role

Bidder Partnerships & Integration Lead

We are exclusively working with a fast-growing publisher-focused SaaS AdTech platform to find a Bidder Partnerships & Integration Lead. This role will take ownership of demand-side relationships and technical integrations.

This is a high-impact role at the core of the business, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure bidder integrations are seamless, scalable, and deliver measurable revenue outcomes.

The Role

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of bidder partnerships, from onboarding through to optimization. You will serve as the primary point of contact for SSPs, DSPs, and other demand partners. You’ll play a critical role in enhancing integration standards, diagnosing performance issues, and driving yield improvements across publisher inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete bidder lifecycle: onboarding → ramp-up → optimization → offboarding.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with demand partners (SSPs, DSPs, etc.).
  • Lead technical integrations, including troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
  • Analyze and improve bidder performance (yield, RPM, fill rate, quality metrics).
  • Collaborate closely with Product & Engineering to scale integrations.
  • Define and maintain integration best practices and playbooks.
  • Act as the bridge between external partners and internal teams.

  • Experience with adtech platforms, reporting tools, or analytics systems.
  • Fluent in French and English.
