Bidder Partnerships & Integration Lead
We are exclusively working with a fast-growing publisher-focused SaaS AdTech platform to find a Bidder Partnerships & Integration Lead. This role will take ownership of demand-side relationships and technical integrations.
This is a high-impact role at the core of the business, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure bidder integrations are seamless, scalable, and deliver measurable revenue outcomes.
The Role
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of bidder partnerships, from onboarding through to optimization. You will serve as the primary point of contact for SSPs, DSPs, and other demand partners. You’ll play a critical role in enhancing integration standards, diagnosing performance issues, and driving yield improvements across publisher inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete bidder lifecycle: onboarding → ramp-up → optimization → offboarding.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with demand partners (SSPs, DSPs, etc.).
- Lead technical integrations, including troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
- Analyze and improve bidder performance (yield, RPM, fill rate, quality metrics).
- Collaborate closely with Product & Engineering to scale integrations.
- Define and maintain integration best practices and playbooks.
- Act as the bridge between external partners and internal teams.

- Faster and more efficient onboarding of new demand partners.
- Improved stability and reliability of integrations.
- Clear, measurable uplift in bidder performance and revenue contribution.
- Strong visibility into partner performance and optimization levers.
Requirements
- Experience working with SSPs, DSPs, or programmatic demand partners.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with technical teams.
- Comfortable managing integrations without needing to code.
- Experience with adtech platforms, reporting tools, or analytics systems.
- Fluent in French and English.
