First year service technicians can expect top-pay, earning an average of $55,000 with rapid increases based on experience.
The position includes an initial 12 weeks of paid training and continual instruction in their plumbing school. You will earn while you learn, with guidance through the plumber licensing process.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose plumbing and drain issues and provide cost estimates.
- Perform necessary repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document estimates and invoices using a provided smartphone.
- Collect payment and proceed to subsequent service calls.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude; prior plumbing experience not required.
