Job Overview
The Process Architect, R&D Proto-to-Production at Ross Video is responsible for providing end-to-end leadership in new product introduction, engineering change management, project execution, and serialization controls. This role connects functions such as R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Warehousing, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Product Management, and Information Systems to ensure that processes are consistent, scalable, and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Own and govern the global Proto-to-Prod process, including NPI and ECO flows.
- Align stakeholders across various departments to standardize processes.
- Define business requirements for ERP, PLM, MES and related systems.
- Establish global standards, documentation, KPIs, and governance.
- Lead change adoption via communication and training plans.
- Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives along with data governance.
Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years experience in manufacturing operations, product development, engineering, or process management. Proven expertise in NPI, Engineering Change Management, project management, master data management, and cross-functional process design. Hands-on experience with Infor LN or similar ERP systems and MES. Experience in translating business needs into system requirements is essential.
Bonus Points
- Experience with ERP, Agile PLM, MES/FactoryTrack, or Salesforce integrations.
- Background in electronics manufacturing or configurable assembly.
- Post-secondary degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or related field.
