Job Overview

Join Ross Video’s XPression team to redefine the future of real-time motion graphics. In this dual role, you will lead a team of developers and provide technical leadership to build high-performance, low-latency, scalable motion graphics systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of software developers.
  • Collaborate on product roadmap and new feature development.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance for robust design.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Triaging customer escalations and support technical issues.
  • Participate actively in hiring and mentoring team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong background in real-time graphics application development.
  • Experience managing and mentoring developer teams.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Delphi, C#, or Python.
  • Understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, containerization, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with AWS technologies and live video production environments.
