Role Purpose
The Sr. HR Representative provides counseling and administrative services during associates' leaves of absence. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with LOA policies, effective communication, and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer leave of absence requests in accordance with policies.
- Provide direct support and guidance to associates, HR, and managers.
- Monitor third-party LOA vendors for timely processing.
- Maintain LOA data and ensure accurate system updates.
- Collaborate with Legal, Benefits Manager and HR partners for process improvements.
Systems & Data
Utilize PeopleSoft, Microsoft Office and other HR systems for data maintenance and issue tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of Leave of Absence administration experience.
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
- Understanding of FMLA, ADA, CA CFRA and related laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft.
