Your New Role: Associate Principal Scientist – Qualification Specialist

Provide strategic and technical leadership in analytical method qualification for a diverse cell therapy portfolio. Oversee the design, execution, and interpretation of qualification studies ensuring methods are scientifically robust, phase-appropriate and compliant with regulatory standards.

  • Initiate and oversee change controls and risk assessments in QC.
  • Maintain regulatory and internal quality standards for analytical methods.
  • Interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively.
  • Author and review high-quality scientific and quality documentation.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance for audit readiness and investigations.

About You

You have experience in a regulated biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment and possess deep expertise in supporting cell and gene therapy products. You are skilled in advanced molecular techniques (RT-qPCR, digital PCR), flow cytometry, immunoassays, and cell-based functional assays with strong knowledge of GMP regulations.

Qualifications

A Degree, Master or PhD in Life Sciences or a related subject is required.
