Overview
Join the team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi as an Information Technology Intern. This role offers hospitality students on-the-job experience in supporting IT operations and project implementation for a period of 6 to 12 months. You will help in enhancing guest and associate experiences by providing first-class IT support.
Responsibilities
- Support the IT operations in line with established procedures.
- Administer systems and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Instruct users on new applications and onboard newcomers.
- Assist guests and associates with IT inquiries and internet issues.
- Coordinate installation of new hardware, peripherals, and software.
- Maintain thorough documentation of software development and technical projects.
- Continuously monitor existing configurations and engage support companies when required.
- Participate in training courses to update technical knowledge.
- Prepare user manuals, checklists, and procedures.
- Comply with IT SOPs, hotel policies, and ethical guidelines at all times.
