Your Next Opportunity

Provide end-user support across regional offices and job sites including Richmond. Responsibilities include support for AD accounts, mobile devices, desktops, networking, and more.

  • Manage incident tickets using our trouble-ticketing system.
  • Provide tier 1 local network and server support for assigned areas.
  • Project manage new job site setups and IT requirements.
  • Serve as escalation point for junior technical IT staff.
  • Work with diverse teams including field personnel, office employees, and senior management.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service, and technical proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Networking, and more are required. Ability to multitask, stay updated with technology trends, and manage confidential information with discretion is essential.

Working Conditions & Benefits
