Your Role at Roots

As a Web Designer you will create and maintain the digital Roots experience. Reporting to the UX & Web Design Manager, you will craft inspiring digital brand experiences through interactive design, content creation, and graphic development. Your work will directly influence customer engagement and drive online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Create interactive designs for campaign launches on roots.com.
• Ensure designs adhere to digital visual style standards.
• Translate larger campaigns into videos, landing pages, banners, etc.
• Innovate design while maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop website content to boost sales and conversion rates.
• Maintain accessibility and user-friendly site practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet business needs.
• Manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2-4 years experience in web or graphic design.
• Diploma or degree in web design, graphic design, or related field.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with clean file archiving.
• Experience in A/B testing, team collaboration, and maintaining brand guidelines.
• Bonus: Skills in animation, iconography, photography, videography, UX/UI, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
