Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager CRM, you will report to the Group Product Manager and play a key role in shaping a trusted roofing platform. You will manage the full product lifecycle, conduct customer research, and drive product analytics.
What You’ll Get to Do
- Manage the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
- Conduct customer research and user testing to define acceptance criteria.
- Define and analyze key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with a product development team including design partners and software engineers.
- Support the efficiency and velocity of product delivery.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in software product management in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Ability to break large problems into manageable parts.
- Strong intuition for product design and user experience.
- Expertise in customer research, user testing, and product analytics.
Who You Are
You have a solid background in building or managing CRMs, communicate clearly, and value a world-class user experience. You are curious, critical, detail-oriented and adept at leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with SQL, Segment, Amplitude, and event-tracking schemas.
- Experience in vertical SaaS for field service industries like roofing or construction.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation ranges from 120,000 to 170,000 CAD annually.
