About the Project Manager Role at Rolls-Royce
Rolls-Royce is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead the Data Center Project System Business. This pivotal role involves overseeing local project teams and ensuring the successful delivery of assigned projects regarding quality, deadlines, and cost. You will be instrumental in managing complex data center initiatives and acting as the primary customer interface.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and control activities, including internal and external reporting.
- Manage project risks and changes effectively to ensure smooth execution.
- Serve as the key customer representative, coordinating all project topics with clients, executing companies, and internal divisions.
- Implement specific customer requirements and support system design and execution across procurement, production, acceptance, logistics, assembly, and commissioning.
- Coordinate commissioning of the scope of delivery with service departments and executing companies.
- Assist in processing tender documents, preparing offers, and calculations, and participate in negotiations with customers and sub-suppliers.
