Executive Assistant to the Chief Finance Officer

This is an outstanding opportunity for a well-organised and passionate individual to apply your administration experience in an extremely high-profile role, supporting a senior C-suite executive of a top and FTSE 100 company at Rolls-Royce offices in Kings Place, London. This is a full-time hybrid position, requiring 3 days/week on-site.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage the diary for C Suite Director, arranging meetings, anticipating requirements, and preparing/circulating materials.
  • Manage the inbox and mail on behalf of the C Suite Director, prioritising and redirecting enquiries using sound judgement.
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries on behalf of the C Suite Director, screening calls and responding directly.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with the C Suite Director’s key contacts, including customers, suppliers, government bodies, and senior leaders.
  • Produce professional documentation, create presentations, and prepare reports and minutes to required deadlines.
  • Organise and project-manage complex global events for the C Suite Director, including administrative, logistical, and hospitality arrangements.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Significant previous experience in a senior PA/EA role in a similar fast-paced FTSE 100 environment, providing C-suite and board level support.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • The ability to predict needs, prioritise, exercise judgement and discretion, suggest appropriate options, and act autonomously.
  • A capability to gather information from various internal and external sources, and process/evaluate data with minimal guidance.
  • A proactive approach to improving skills and knowledge, with a deep understanding of our business.
  • A commitment to continuous process improvement, identifying areas for system enhancement, and creating/updating administration procedures.
  • An advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office Applications.

As part of our selection process, candidates in certain locations may complete an online assessment, including cognitive and behavioural aptitude testing. Full instructions will be provided if required.
