Job Overview
The HVAC Superintendent at Rogers Mechanical Contractors maintains positive and professional communications with customers, vendors, general contractors, internal customers, and trade partners. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple projects onsite, ensuring safety, compliance with OSHA and RMC safety protocols, and coordinating plumbing material and equipment installations while requiring out of state travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure work site compliance with OSHA regulations and RMC Safety protocols.
- Manage and schedule installations of plumbing material and equipment.
- Communicate with General Contractors regarding project timelines.
- Coordinate delivery and verify correctness of materials.
- Conduct weekly inspections, safety meetings, and maintain updated project status.
- Manage sub-contractors ensuring work meets company standards.
- Be available for emergency and customer related issues after hours.
