Your Responsibilities
- Customized Solutions: Enhance the in-store experience by providing best-in-class service, connecting with customers, and tailoring our products (wireless, Internet, TV, home phone, and Mastercard) to their needs.
- Sales Achievement: Identify opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers (inbound and outbound calls and texts) to increase sales, acquire new customers, and foster loyalty.
- Brand Promotion: Represent the Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in building strong connections with customers and colleagues through clear and effective communication that drives positive results and goal achievement.
- Ability to meet sales targets through exceptional service, strong product knowledge, and a customer-needs-driven approach, contributing to the overall store performance.
- Capacity to adapt quickly to changing situations and find solutions to unexpected challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Availability for a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet demand and maintain optimal performance during peak periods.
Background Checks

Depending on the position, we may also conduct a professional background check.
