Who We're Looking For

The Asset Analyst is responsible for daily operations and long-term strategy in managing hardware and software assets across the organization. This role bridges IT operations and procurement functions by ensuring compliance with vendor contracts and maintaining accurate data in the CMDB.

What You'll Do

  • Manage lifecycle of hardware and software assets ensuring policy compliance.
  • Maintain and improve the CMDB and ITAM systems for data integrity.
  • Collaborate with transformation teams during infrastructure migrations.
  • Identify gaps in ITAM processes and support continuous improvement.
  • Develop procedures for asset tracking, quality control, and lifecycle management.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and procurement for IT asset needs.
  • Support vendor management, contract tracking, and software licensing compliance.
  • Provide reporting on asset utilization, lifecycle trends, and cost optimization.
  • Support purchase order creation and software purchase processes through Excel and ServiceNow.

What You Bring

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Good communication and strong analytical skills.
  • Self-starter with motivation and results orientation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • 1+ years ServiceNow experience, working knowledge of Oracle HCM/eBiz and familiarity with PowerBI.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position located at 8200 Dixie Road (101), Brampton, ON. A pre-employment background check and additional credit or driving record checks may be required. Starting October 6, 2025, corporate employees must work onsite at least four days per week, moving to five days per week effective February 2, 2026.
