Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will provide advanced, highly diversified, confidential executive and administrative assistance to the SVP, Technology Strategy, Innovation & Partnerships. You will work independently while coordinating complex spectrum auction projects, managing financial administration, and handling sensitive information.
What You’ll Do
- Provide senior administrative support, including calendar management, travel, and meeting coordination.
- Coordinate frequency assignments ensuring compliance with national and international spectrum regulations.
- Use advanced Microsoft Office skills to prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage project coordination for Government of Canada radio spectrum auctions, including financial tracking and logistics.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive matters while handling ad-hoc business requests.
What You Bring
- Independent and team working capabilities in a dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing information.
- 3+ years experience in spectrum coordination or RF planning; 2+ years in executive assistance.
- Strong project management, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.
