What You'll Do as an AI/IT Change Enablement Manager
As the AI/IT Change Enablement Manager, you will lead OCM and transformation communications across IT modernization and AI enablement programs. Your mission is to ensure readiness, adoption, and stakeholder confidence through structured change strategies, executive messaging, and coordinated engagement. You’ll be the bridge between technology and people—helping employees embrace innovation while maintaining trust and alignment.
Change Strategy & Execution
- Lead OCM across IT and AI initiatives, including impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness tracking.
- Create and execute change and communications plans for multi-track programs (infrastructure, applications, AI enablement).
- Build and enable a champions network within IT operations and key business units to cascade messages.
Communications & Engagement
- Produce executive briefings, service updates, and board-ready materials for major programs.
- Ensure consistent messaging across operating companies, internal communications, and leadership meetings.
- Plan and deliver workshops, roadshows, and readiness programs to build awareness and confidence.
- Proactively develop and maintain starter kits and enablement resources for stakeholders and internal IT.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Help set, monitor, and report on communication, engagement, and change KPIs.
- Maintain feedback loops to continuously improve adoption and engagement strategies.
Governance & Representation
- Represent IT and AI transformation in strategic networks; bring back best practices and trends.
- Act as single intake for vendor-led events and external partnerships.
Creative & Visual Support
- Develop graphic design and visual assets to enhance communications and engagement campaigns.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in organizational change management, transformation communications, or enterprise technology programs.
- Strong understanding of IT modernization and AI concepts.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-track programs and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence at all levels.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Change Management is an asset.
- Experience with enterprise collaboration tools (Microsoft Viva, Teams, SharePoint).
- Graphic design and visual storytelling experience.
- Analytical skills for tracking KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
