Public Management Consulting Intern at RÖDL

Your Responsibilities

  • Support in client care for Public Management Consulting (e.g., municipalities, cities, districts, universities, municipal companies).
  • Participation in the analysis and optimization of administrative structures with a focus on digital transformation.
  • Creation of software-based tools for the public sector using No-/Low-Code solutions.
  • Research, preparation, and visualization of various topics.
  • Analysis of municipal structures, programs, and projects, as well as research on developments in municipal administration.
  • Insights into project, process, and change management, and support for change management measures.
  • Collaboration in organizational consulting.

Your Profile

  • At least three completed semesters in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Law, or similar fields.
  • First practical experience in Management Consulting, digital project management, app development, or IT projects in the public sector is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with No-/Low-Code tools is desirable, programming skills are optional.
  • Interest in public sector topics.
  • Analytical thinking, affinity for numbers, and a structured, independent way of working.
  • Strong team and communication skills, as well as eagerness to learn.
  • Strength in research and content preparation.
