Public Management Consulting Intern at RÖDL

Your Responsibilities
- Support in client care for Public Management Consulting (e.g., municipalities, cities, districts, universities, municipal companies).
- Participation in the analysis and optimization of administrative structures with a focus on digital transformation.
- Creation of software-based tools for the public sector using No-/Low-Code solutions.
- Research, preparation, and visualization of various topics.
- Analysis of municipal structures, programs, and projects, as well as research on developments in municipal administration.
- Insights into project, process, and change management, and support for change management measures.
- Collaboration in organizational consulting.
Your Profile
- At least three completed semesters in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Law, or similar fields.
- First practical experience in Management Consulting, digital project management, app development, or IT projects in the public sector is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with No-/Low-Code tools is desirable, programming skills are optional.
- Interest in public sector topics.
- Analytical thinking, affinity for numbers, and a structured, independent way of working.
- Strong team and communication skills, as well as eagerness to learn.
- Strength in research and content preparation.
