Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth with new and existing clients
  • Identify target accounts, prospect, and close deals independently
  • Develop personal sales strategy and manage a robust pipeline
  • Lead proposal development with cross-functional team support
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and establish C-suite relationships
  • Promote behind the meter DERs to help clients optimize revenue, reliability, and sustainability

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • College/university degree
  • 3–10 years’ experience in a hunter sales role
  • Experience in grid connected power project development and operations
  • Strong communication, lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proficiency in MS 365, Salesforce, and related business applications
  • Willingness to travel within North America
