Key Responsibilities
- Drive on target business growth with new and existing clients.
- Identify, prospect, and close targeted accounts independently.
- Develop personal sales strategy and maintain a robust pipeline.
- Lead proposal development with cross-functional team support.
- Initiate and cultivate strategic partnerships and executive relationships.
- Advise on new solution and service development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- College/university degree; engineering or technical field is an asset.
- Minimum 5 years in a hunter sales role focused on energy management solutions for large C&I power users.
- Experience in demand response, distributed energy resources, and grid-edge technologies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
