The Opportunity

RVS is seeking a temporary, full-time (1.0 FTE) High School Math/Science Teacher for W.H. Croxford High School. This position begins immediately and concludes on June 30, 2026. Please note, this opportunity is not open to individuals holding a Continuing Teaching contract with RVS.

W.H. Croxford High School serves students in grades 10-12 and is located in the City of Airdrie.

Pre-employment Requirements

  • Must possess or be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate.
  • Applicants must have applied for initial certification with Alberta Education.
  • A professional letter of reference from your most recent supervisor (dated within 18 months) OR a list of updated references is required. New/Recent Graduates may submit their final practicum report in lieu of a reference letter.
  • A current Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check must be submitted within 30 days of employment.
