Overview
The Deal Desk Specialist position at Rocket Software supports the sales teams through the entire sales cycle. This role is crucial for maintaining corporate governance, ensuring transactions are complete, compliant, and aligned with internal policies and business guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure transactions are complete, accurate, and compliant.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for quoting, pricing, deal flow, and order processing.
- Provide guidance on complex deal structures and high-value transactions.
- Manage Salesforce Quotes and Opportunities during the approval process.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and other function areas to meet goals and regulatory requirements.
- Support customers across Central regions and time zones.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Deal Desk, Contracts, Sales or Sales Operations in the software industry.
- Familiarity with accounting, software revenue recognition principles, and enterprise deals.
- Experience with Salesforce modules and Microsoft tools.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and efficiently collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Work during Central Time Zone hours.

Additional Information
