About The Role

The Security Operator Afternoon Shift at Rocket Companies is responsible for gathering information and acting on any potential threats to Family of Companies personnel, physical assets, image, reputation, or other stakeholders. You will drive safety within FOC and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather information from open-source locations such as media and government agencies.
  • Create, review, and edit incident management reports for leadership.
  • Handle crisis management incidents and emergency communications calmly.
  • Collaborate with Contracted Security and law enforcement on dispatch and investigation tasks.
  • Manage email communications and categorize them effectively.
  • Conduct thorough camera surveillance investigations, operating analytical systems.
  • Document and route escalated calls and surveillance concerns to leadership.
  • Monitor FOC's 180+ assets using access control programs.
  • Assist with tenant requests related to building, parking, and access control.
  • Perform open-source background investigations including social media analyses.

About You

The ideal candidate has a background in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields and is capable of managing high-stress situations. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, with a preference for candidates with 4 years of experience. The role requires proficiency in operating video surveillance systems and the ability to multitask across multiple programs.
