Staff UX Designer

Want to work on space apps using cutting-edge technologies? Rocket Communications, an enterprise UX Design company, is looking for a Staff UX Designer with Top Secret Clearance and SCI Eligibility to solve complex user experience challenges for mission-critical applications.

This role is onsite in the Denver area, specifically in Centennial, CO or Aurora, CO. It is contingent upon securing a government contract, with an anticipated start date in late 2025 or early 2026.

About You

You have 8+ years of UX design experience with a four-year degree, or 12+ years without a degree. You can implement an end-to-end UX process in a government program environment and produce complex designs in Figma that align with design system guidelines. Experience working with DoD, Intel, or Space applications is desired, along with strong communication skills and the ability to create detailed design specifications.

You live in the Denver area and are willing to work onsite daily. A portfolio with case study examples is required.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $127,000 - $185,000 per year. Offers are based on experience, skills, and location.
