Position Summary
The PPC Lead is a hands-on, strategic role managing multi-channel paid media campaigns for Family Law Firm clients. Reporting to the Director of Paid Media, you will oversee daily ad performance, collaborate with Account Managers, and drive ROI by executing our industry-specific playbooks. Your blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution is key to campaign success.
Key Responsibilities & Objectives
- Campaign Strategy: Develop strategic campaign roadmaps, platform mix, and testing plans.
- Execution: Implement, test, and optimize campaigns while managing monthly budgets.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze KPIs, ensure data integrity, and deliver insights.
- Collaboration: Work with the Paid Media Director, creatives, and junior team members.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain agile sprint plans and seek automation opportunities.
What It Takes To Succeed
Strong analytical skills, platform expertise (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic), strategic thinking, accountability, and clear communication. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years in digital marketing, with 3+ years in paid media management, are required.

Salary & Work Location
Salary ranges from 75,000 to 90,000 USD per year. This is a remote position within the United States.
