About the Role
As an IT-Security Engineer Operations at Rocken®, you will be responsible for the operational IT security of a company. This role involves managing critical security processes and contributing to the strategic advancement of security measures. You will work closely with colleagues to proactively identify and mitigate security risks across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and provide technical direction to the Security Team for operational tasks.
- Oversee Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, and Incident Response.
- Conduct risk and threat analyses, meticulously documenting identified security vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement robust security policies across all systems.
- Monitor emerging trends and developments in IT Security, translating them into actionable measures.
- Organize and facilitate Security Committees and projects.
Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification with a specialization in IT Security.
- Several years of experience in IT Security, demonstrating a generalist profile with both conceptual and practical expertise.
- Profound knowledge of relevant norms and frameworks such as ISO, NIST, MITRE, and DORA.
- Hands-on experience with security infrastructures including SIEM, EDR, and IDS/IPS.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach complemented by strong teamwork and communication skills.
